HOW I CAN HELP YOU

Midlife can bring about all sorts of changes to our bodies so how we used to exercise in our twenties can't be the same as now as we need to consider our changing hormones and address the impact that stress has on lives. 

My bespoke programmes are designed to work around you and fit in with your lifestyle. They are tailormade to address challenges you may be facing, meet your goals and address what you are going through.

RESTORE

Where you are right now 

“I don’t feel like me anymore. My body is not my own and I have lost my mojo. It's like I've lost my identity. I have low mood, suffer from anxiety and feel disconnected"

 

The problems you are having right now

“I don’t exercise regularly and new to Pilates. I’m losing muscle tone and strength. I have belly fat I can’t shift. I feel stiff, achy and have low energy. I feel flat. I don’t have time to focus on me and have lost motivation”

The programme that will suit you best is "RESTORE"

  • 8 week programme of either 1 hour mat work pilates at your home or apparatus based pilates at my home

  • A bespoke session to address your goals and needs 

  • Postural assessment to identify how your body is moving

  • Establish pelvic and core health 

  • Focus on mobility and strength work

  • Learn techniques to help calm your nervous system and reduce stress levels 

  • Learn about stress management and understand why stress is not the friend of the midlife women

  • Tips how on to stop those hormones running riot!

  • Two bespoke videos to continue your practice between sessions

  • Access to Member’s Area of website with all exercise videos for the duration of the course

  • 6 week programme of either 1 hour mat work pilates at your home or apparatus based pilates at my home

  • Postural assessment to get a better understanding of your alignment and assess how your body is moving and functioning

  • A bespoke goals based programme of progressive exercises designed to increase strength, mobility, stamina and meet your goals. And have some fun with it too! 

  • Introduction to breath work to help balance the body

  • One bespoke homework video to continue your progress between sessions

  • Access to Member’s Area of website with all exercise videos for the duration of the course

I work from my home in Putney, SW London and my equipment includes:

  • Wunda chair

  • Spine corrector 

I can also provide local home visits offering mat pilates
