Online Classes

Tuesday 7pm and Friday 09.30am (1 hour class)

  • ONLINE mixed levels mat pilates - I will cue on alignment throughout the class 

  • A class suitable for all levels using the pilates ball (soft 23cm ball), theraband (mid strength) and handweights - equipment provided by you and all available on Amazon 

  • An effective full body workout designed to make you feel stronger, more flexible and more toned 

  • Not suitable for pre or post natal 

  • If you are a complete beginner I do recommend a session (online or in person) with me first
