Sara has such a natural warmth and empathy that you find yourself naturally opening up to her. Through our sessions I’ve felt such a shift in my life - I’ve been able to look at areas in my life in a new way and have got clarity on what’s been going on and what I can do to make change. Learning about my nervous system has really been a really wow moment.
Sara has helped me understand the effects that stress has had in my life and the toll it's taken on my body. I’ve learnt techniques that have really calmed me and I’ve felt such relief from it. I’ve had more energy and I’ve been able to look at areas of my life differently and found that I’ve got a new confidence and self-belief that I didn’t have before.

Sara is an excellent Pilates teacher and is both encouraging and supportive. She provides effective challenge and is always mindful of any problems her clients may be experiencing. Sara is that illusive pilates teacher that is often so hard to find... inspiring, kind, caring, motivating and so lovely to listen to. Sara's explanation of the exercises is so good - her instructions are very easy to follow and so intuitive. An hour a week with Sara is such a special bit of "me time"!

I have been going to Sara's class for almost 5 years, attending both physical and online formats, and it has been one of my all time favourites! It isn't a good Tuesday if it does not end with Sara's pilates class! The classes are always varied but do keep a few staples that I love to find everytime. Sara offers a lot of options from very soft to more intense practice and is always mindful of people's conditions or requests which she personally checks on and prompts. Equipment and (great unexpected) music playlists are involved and they alternate so it always keeps it exciting too! I would unconditionally recommend Sara's class for all levels. You will find a caring and jovial atmosphere, an opportunity to release from your day but also build some serious core muscles.
