What is Coaching?

Coaching is practical, forward focused and time bound. Rather than exploring the past in depth, we focus on where you are now, where you want to get to, and what’s getting in the way. It draws on somatic and nervous system tools alongside practical goal focused work, because lasting change doesn’t just happen in your head.

How is Coaching Different From Therapy?

Therapy tends to look underneath. It explores your history, your patterns, where things come from. It’s open ended and goes at your pace. Coaching is more structured and forward focused. We set clear goals, work to a programme, and build momentum week by week. Both draw on somatic and nervous system work, but coaching is about taking that understanding and actively using it to move forward. Some clients do both. Coaching Programmes

As a somatic trauma informed coach I work with both your mind and your nervous system throughout. This isn’t talk and homework. It’s embodied, practical work that creates change you can actually feel.

6 Week Programme – focused and practical. For women who want to shift one specific area and start feeling the difference quickly.

8 Week Programme – for women who want to go deeper, unpick longer held patterns and build lasting tools for navigating life differently.

Both programmes include weekly 60 minute sessions online or in London and a clear structure so you always know where you are and where you’re heading.
