Integrative Therapy for Women Who've Tried Everything But Nothing Really Changes

You’re Not Broken. You’ve just been living in survival mode for a very long time.

You don’t need more strategies. You don’t need to try harder.

You need to understand what your body has been holding on to and start to start working with it, not against it.

You don’t have to keep feeling stuck.

The exhaustion. The overthinking. The constant tension in your body.

It’s not just in your head – and it’s not something you have to live with forever.

What Integrative Therapy Actually Is

Integrative therapy draws on different therapeutic approaches depending on what you need. Rather than following a fixed model, we work with your thoughts, your emotions, your past experiences, and your body, because real and lasting change happens on all of those levels, not just in the mind.

Why Therapy That Works With Your Body Changes Everything

With over 14 years of experience in health and social care, I bring together integrative therapeutic approaches with trauma informed, somatic work. Because real change doesn’t just happen in the mind. It happens when your nervous system feels safe enough to let it.

This Is About Real, Lasting Change – Not Just Managing Symptoms

Together we’ll uncover how past experiences and deep-seated nervous system patterns may be keeping you stuck — so you can live the life you deserve.

You Deserve to Feel Calm, Clear, and Fully Yourself

Through a combination of somatic techniques, nervous system regulation and personalised integrative therapy, I create a safe, supportive space for real transformation. Instead of temporary relief, we focus on what actually changes things so you’re not stuck in the same patterns again.

Is This You?
  • Have you tried other approaches but nothing seems to truly get to the root of it?
  • You find yourself replaying conversations, second guessing yourself and struggling to switch off?
  • Do you feel inspired for a while after trying new approaches, but find the changes never last?
  • Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed, stuck in a cycle you can’t seem to break?
  • Do you lack confidence, self-esteem, or a sense of self-worth?
  • Do you struggle to set boundaries, constantly prioritising others’ needs over your own?
  • Is your body holding onto stress, showing up as chronic fatigue, gut issues, TMJ, or insomnia?
  • Do you constantly feel “wired but tired”, running on stress and exhaustion?

If any of this resonates, you’re not alone and you don’t have to stay stuck.

How Integrative Therapy Works

Integrative therapy means I don’t follow a single fixed approach. I draw on a range of therapeutic models, including person centred, psychodynamic and somatic work, and bring in whatever best fits you and what you’re working through.

Some sessions will be about making sense of the past. Some will be about understanding what’s happening right now. Some will involve working with what you notice in your body. The thread running through all of it is the therapeutic relationship, a consistent, safe, non judgmental space where you can finally say the things you haven’t been able to say elsewhere.

This is slower, deeper work than a six week programme or a mindset course. And that’s exactly why it lasts.

Why Work With Me

I’m a BACP registered integrative therapist with a background spanning 14 years in health and social care. I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means our work together gets my full attention and care.

I’m warm, direct and deeply committed to creating a space where you feel genuinely safe. Not just professionally safe, but human safe. The kind of space where you don’t have to perform or explain yourself before you’ve even started.
